Single End Cut Carbide Burrs

Double End Cut Carbide Burrs

  • Application Materials: Due to their high cutting efficiency, they are more suitable for processing hard metal materials such as cast iron, cast steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel.
  • Cutting Effect: With two helical grooves, providing a larger chip removal space that can more effectively guide chip discharge and reduce clogging. They can perform cutting and chip removal simultaneously, removing materials more quickly, thus achieving high cutting efficiency. The cutting force of the double-groove structure is dispersed, and the cutting process is more stable. Through reasonable design, vibration can be controlled within an acceptable range during high-speed rotation, making them suitable for high-precision machining and able to achieve good machining accuracy while ensuring processing efficiency.
  • Characteristics: The double-groove design increases the cutting surface, improving processing efficiency and accuracy while reducing friction and heat generation, which helps extend the tool's service life. However, the double-groove structure is relatively complex, leading to higher manufacturing costs, and its anti-chipping ability is relatively weaker than that of single-groove designs.

Aluminum End Cut Carbide Burrs

  • Application Materials: Especially suitable for soft metals such as aluminum alloys, brass, and magnesium, as well as soft materials like reinforced plastics and hard rubber.
  • Cutting Effect: With a wider tooth pitch, which is conducive to rapid cleaning and cutting of soft materials. During processing, they are not prone to tooth sticking, enabling efficient cutting. They can effectively avoid the impact on processing effects caused by chip clogging, improving processing efficiency while ensuring processing quality, and are particularly suitable for rapid rough machining of soft metal materials.
  • Characteristics: They have high requirements for manufacturing materials. This allows them to fully exert their cutting function when processing soft materials, making the processing process less prone to impact and vibration, and providing a long service life.
